Sports & Spinal Group are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our Nambour clinic. Due to internal growth, we are seeking someone on a part time basis for 23 hours a week.
Hours required are:
- Tuesday 7.30am - 6pm
- Thursday 7.30am - 12.30pm
- Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm
About the RoleIn this role, you'll work closely with our Office Manager to deliver exceptional service to our patients and help keep our clinic running like clockwork.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Building lasting relationships with our valued clients
- Managing incoming calls and appointment bookings
- Processing payments and Medicare claims
- Keeping our front desk area clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Supporting the admin team with data entry and general tasks
Who We’re Looking ForYou’re a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, friendly environment and enjoys creating a warm, professional first impression. You’ll bring:
- A can-do mindset with a dependable and collaborative approach
- An eye for accuracy and the little things that matter
- Great admin and computer skills (experience with Gensolve or Hi-CAPS is a bonus!)
- Previous experience in allied health or medical reception (highly regarded)
