Sports & Spinal Group are looking for experienced Receptionists to join our North Lakes clinic. Due to internal growth, we are offering one permanent full-time or part-time opportunity and an additional casual position.

About the Role
In this role, you'll work closely with our Office Manager to deliver exceptional service to our patients and help keep our clinic running like clockwork.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Building lasting relationships with our valued clients
• Managing incoming calls and appointment bookings
• Processing payments and Medicare claims
• Keeping our front desk area clean, tidy, and welcoming
• Supporting the admin team with data entry and general tasks

Who We’re Looking For
You’re a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, friendly environment and enjoys creating a warm, professional first impression. You’ll bring:

• A can-do mindset with a dependable and collaborative approach
• An eye for accuracy and the little things that matter
• Great admin and computer skills (experience with Gensolve or Hi-CAPS is a bonus!)
• Previous experience in allied health or medical reception (highly regarded)
