Sports & Spinal Group is one of Queensland’s leading allied health providers, and we’re looking for a people focused HR Business Partner to join our Group Services team in Sippy Downs. This is a key role in shaping out people strategy across the business.

About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing the full spectrum of HR generalist support. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, partnering with leaders across the organisation while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice across all areas of HR, including performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and organisational development.
• Partner with leaders to deliver proactive people solutions that support business objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, frameworks, and initiatives.
• Contribute to and deliver Learning & Development programs to build capability across the workforce.
• Drive engagement and support change initiatives in line with organisational goals.

About You
We’re looking for a confident and capable HR professional with:

• Proven experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
• Broad HR generalist knowledge across employee relations, performance, policy, and engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in Learning & Development (highly regarded).
• Experience within the health sector (an advantage, but not essential).
