Sports & Spinal Group is one of Queensland’s leading allied health providers, and we’re looking for a proactive, organised, and solutions-focused Operations Coordinator to join our Group Services team.
This role is perfect for someone with strong PA/EA experience who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys improving processes, and loves supporting leaders to achieve big-picture goals.
What you’ll do
Oversee Group Services office management and administration
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and secretarial support
Provide high-level admin support to Group Services leaders and executives (Operations Manager, Managing Director & Clinical Services Director)
Manage business documents, systems, and process improvements (including automation projects)
Provide project coordination and occasional training support
Assist with ad-hoc PA/EA responsibilities and organisational tasks
Travel occasionally to host and support leadership meetings
What we’re looking for
3–5 years’ experience in a PA/EA, admin coordinator, or similar role
Strong Microsoft Office Suite expertise
Proven experience in process improvement/automation
Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
Project management and/or training experience (highly regarded)
Flexibility and adaptability to support leaders as needed
