About the Role
Are you a friendly and organised professional looking to join a supportive team in allied health? Sports & Spinal is welcoming Expressions of Interest from individuals interested in Receptionist opportunities across our clinics in Queensland. As a valued member of our front desk team, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our patients while ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming calls and appointment bookings
• Processing payments and Medicare claims
• Keeping the front desk area clean, tidy, and professional
• Supporting the admin team with data entry and general administrative tasks

Who We’re Looking For
If you enjoy working in a people-focused role and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you. Ideal candidates will bring:

• A positive, can-do attitude with a dependable and collaborative approach
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid admin and computer skills (experience with Gensolve or Hi-CAPS is a plus!)
• Previous experience in allied health or medical reception (highly regarded but not essential)
