About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our friendly and fast-paced team. This newly created role will report directly to our CFO and work alongside our current Financial Tax Accountant. 

You’ll be involved in a broad range of financial operations, helping ensure timely and accurate reporting across multiple entities, while contributing to strategic decision-making.
  
Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end month-end tasks
• Maintain data integrity across multiple entities
• Assist with preparation and analysis of monthly management reports
• Support financial planning and budgeting processes
• Help shape financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Collaborate with other finance team members and departments

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in a Management Accountant role
• CPA/CA qualified (or close to completion)
• Confident working across multi-entity structures and intercompany transactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and Excel (intermediate to advanced)
• Experience in manufacturing and/or healthcare preferred
• Comfortable working independently and with remote teams
• Experience with Gensolve is a bonus but not essential
