We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and engaging Talent/HR Coordinator to join our friendly and passionate HR team on a full-time basis!

The Role 
Prepare for each day to be unique with your main responsibilities including, but not limited to: 

• Coordinating and completing advertising, resume screening, phone screening.
• Supporting leaders and candidates through the recruitment and selection process.
• Working with key stakeholders to develop copy and collateral for attraction initiatives.
• Maximize the accuracy, currency and effectiveness of our candidate management system - JobAdder.
• Work with key stakeholders to develop brand engagement and attraction initiatives and capabilities. 
• Coordinate talent engagement, development and performance activities, including:
  • Inductions
  • 6 month check ins, stay interviews, exit interviews etc
  • Engagement surveys, analysis and reporting
  • Training - booking venues, catering, invite management etc
  • Quarterly development/review campaigns through Employment Hero

About You 
This role is perfect for someone who has experience with attraction, recruitment and selection processes and is looking for an opportunity to grow themselves, the role and and our brand promotion and attraction initiatives.

You will have personal drive and an ability to naturally communicate, connect and understand others, and will be supported in your role and development by an experienced team of HR professionals.
