The Role

Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement individual and group leisure activities that cater to residents' needs, abilities, and interests
- Develop and maintain personalized lifestyle care plans
- Engage with residents and their families to create a sense of belonging and inclusion
- Collaborate with the Lifestyle Team and care staff to support the holistic well-being of residents
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Maintain secure and accurate care records
Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Lifestyle Officer and/or Aged Care.
- Certificate III or IV in Leisure & Lifestyle (highly desirable)
- Certificate III in Aged Care (highly desirable)
- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen, we do not offer sponsorship
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Currently hold an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain)
