About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced care staff to support older community members with:

• Personal care and assistance with daily tasks
• Completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts
• Providing personal care in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences
• Social engagement and companionship
• Safe mobility assistance and transfers
• Delivering safe, high-quality care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards

All training is provided, and you'll be supported every step of the way.

This opportunity is ideal for:

• Year 11 or Year 12 students or school leavers
• TAFE graduates or leavers
• Anyone looking to begin a rewarding career Aged Care

No prior experience is required — just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

You should also have:

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, respectful, and professional nature
• Willingness to undertake formal study alongside on-the-job training
• Ability to obtain NDIS worker screening clearance
