The Role 

We are offering multiple permanent part-time opportunities for Support Services Staff, including cleaning and laundry services to join our wonderful facility! Reporting to the Support Services Team Leader, the support services team play a pivotal role in delivering essential services at the highest quality.


What you will do 

Cleaning & Laundry Staff:

• Maintaining legislated safety, quality, and hygiene standards
• Cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and living areas
• Cleaning communal and dining areas
• Cleaning and sorting laundry
• Maintaining adequate supplies of toilet paper, soap, and other cleaning and hygiene supplies for resident use.
• Adhering to infection control principles, WHS requirements including the safe storage and use of chemicals and complete cleaning requirements according to facility schedules
• Completing required documentation and reporting
• Ad hoc support to the broader team as required

What you will bring 

• Trade certification or qualifications and experience gained in a similar role, preferably within an Aged Care setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Currently hold and maintain a NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)
• COVID-19 vaccination - No Longer Mandatory!
• An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes is highly regarded but not essential
