Who we are: Tenterfield Care Centre Ltd (TCC) is a not-for-profit organisation, committed to providing high-quality, personalised aged care for the Tenterfield community and surrounds.

TCC offers residential aged care (including dementia-specific care), independent living, respite, and community aging services through the operation of Haddington Nursing Home and Millrace Hostel.

The Location: Tenterfield, New South Wales, is a delightful town nestled in the picturesque New England region. What you will do: As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring:

• Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
• Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans
• Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers
• Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management
• Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
• Provision of safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach

Who are you and what will you bring? 

• AHPRA Registration
• Experience in providing clinical care in the aged care sector
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care
• NDIS Check & National Police Check & Current drivers’ licence
• Please note - Covid Vaccinations are NO longer a requirement

Hours: Full time - 76 hours per fortnight
Salary Range: $70,000 to $100,000 + Super + NFP salary packaging + allowances
