Are you an experienced High Reach forklift operator looking for reliable, ongoing casual work? The Consortium Clemenger (TCC) is looking for a dependable and experienced Casual High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team at our Truganina facility.
 
About the Role

 
This is a hybrid role combining hands-on High Reach forklift operation with general warehouse duties, supporting our inbound and outbound operations. You'll play a key part in keeping stock moving accurately and efficiently through our warehouse.

• Shift time: 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Monday to Friday facility (shifts allocated based on operational needs)
• Casual position

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely and efficiently operate a High Reach forklift to support stock movement, put-away and order fulfilment
• Accurately receive, move and store inbound stock into designated warehouse locations
• Use RF scanning technology to maintain inventory accuracy
• Support outbound operations, ensuring orders are picked, handled and processed correctly
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required, including picking, packing and stock handling
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area in line with WHS standards

About You

• Current LF (High Reach) licence
• Minimum 12 months' experience operating a High Reach forklift in a warehouse environment
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
• Good attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Comfortable working across both forklift duties and general warehouse tasks
• Available to work the 8am-4pm shift, Monday to Friday
