About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager/ Client Service Manager to lead the delivery, growth and profitability of a key client portfolio at our Truganina site. This is a hybrid leadership role, you'll be the primary point of contact for client relationships while also driving the operational excellence, commercial performance and team leadership needed to run a high-performing warehouse operation
 
This role suits someone who's equally comfortable in a client review meeting and on the warehouse floor, a commercially minded leader who thrives on solving operational problems and building strong, lasting partnerships.
 
What You'll Be Doing

Client Leadership

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for client matters
• Lead regular business reviews and performance discussions
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and grow partnerships

Operational Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of client programs and warehouse operations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet service, quality and timeline requirements
• Monitor performance data and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure operational processes and governance requirements are consistently met

Commercial Performance

• Prepare and review quotations, pricing and commercial proposals
• Monitor portfolio revenue, margin and profitability
• Support budgeting, forecasting and invoicing processes
• Analyse financial trends and recommend improvement initiatives

People Leadership

• Coach, mentor and develop team members to achieve business and client outcomes
• Foster a high-performing, accountable culture
• Support workforce planning, resource allocation and succession planning
• Champion The Consortium Clemenger's IMPACT values

 
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Experience in Client Services, Account Management or Customer Service
• Proven experience working with warehouse/3PL operations, including labour planning input, workforce management and multi-shift team leadership sites.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing, profitability and budgeting
• A track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
