Join The Consortium Clemenger (TCC), a leading provider of warehousing and logistics solutions, supporting some of Australia's most recognised brands. We're seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our growing team at our Kemps Creek Distribution Centre.
About the Role
As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a critical role in supporting both inbound and outbound warehouse operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the safe and accurate movement of stock, replenishment of warehouse locations, and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate High Reach and/or Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
- Put away inbound stock using RF scanning technology
- Pick, stage and process customer orders accurately
- Load and unload vehicles and containers
- Conduct daily forklift pre-start checks
- Support warehouse productivity and customer service targets
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report stock discrepancies
- Ensure products and pallets are handled safely to minimise damage
- Follow all warehouse procedures, quality standards and WHS requirements
- Assist with training and buddying of new team members when required
What You'll Bring Essential
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Demonstrated forklift operating experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Availability for Work Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm Shift time)
- Commitment to workplace health and safety standards
- Own Transport, Public Transport options are limited in Kemps Creek
Highly Regarded
- LO Order Picker License
- High Reach forklift experience
- Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience working within high-volume distribution centers
