The Consortium Clemenger (TCC) is seeking a reliable and safety-focused
Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our Kemps Creek operation.
Working as part of our Transport Team, you will support one of our largest client partnerships, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of stock while contributing to outstanding service delivery.
This is an ongoing casual opportunity at a facility that works Monday to Friday.

About the Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, responsibilities include:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading transport vehicles
- Moving and staging palletised freight
- Assisting with receivals and dispatch activities
- Completing stock movements accurately
- Supporting transport operations to meet customer service requirements
- Maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
What We're Looking For To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Demonstrated Counterbalance Forklift experience
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Own Transport, Public Transport is unreliable in Kemps Creek.
Physical Requirements This role involves manual handling and warehouse-based work. Applicants must be comfortable with:
- Frequent standing and walking
- Loading and unloading activities
- Occasional lifting of up to 25kg
- Working within a fast-paced warehouse environment
