About the Role:
The Consortium Clemenger is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader - Production to support daily warehouse production operations at our Kemps Creek site. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor - Production, you'll lead a team on the floor, coordinate workflow, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure customer deadlines are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a production team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Allocate work and monitor productivity throughout the shift
Coach, train and develop team members
Ensure quality, accuracy and SLA targets are met
Maintain operational records, timesheets and reporting requirements
Promote a safe, organised and positive workplace culture
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
About You
Previous experience in a Team Leader, Leading Hand or Supervisor role (an advantage)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Experience in warehouse, production or logistics operations
Commitment to safety and team success
