Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support day-to-day operations across our D2C and AMR warehouse environments at our Kemps Creek site.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume operation, enjoys developing people and takes pride in safety, quality and customer outcomes.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading frontline teams to deliver safe, accurate and on-time order fulfilment while embedding strong operational discipline and continuous improvement practices.

The Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday (7.00am-3.00pm)
About You: You are a confident and capable people leader with experience in complex warehouse environments and a strong focus on safety, accountability and outcomes.
You will bring:
- Proven experience supervising teams in warehouse or 3PL environment (AMR experience highly regarded)
- Strong leadership, communication and coaching capability.
- A continuous improvement mindset (Lean experience desirable)
- Solid understanding of WMS, inventory control and warehouse best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience meeting or exceeding client SLA's
- High attention to operational discipline and cost awareness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Forklift Lic and Experience (Counterbalance/ High Reach) - advantageous
