About You:

We're looking for a driven Inventory Specialist to join our Kemps Creek Team, someone who takes pride in precision, loves improving processes and wants to play a key role in delivering excellent outcomes for our client.
About the Role:
In this pivotal position, you'll ensure our inventory is accurate, compliant and maintained to the highest standards for our client partner. You'll own everything from master data and cycle counts to stock audits, variance investigation and reporting. You'll also work closely with Client Service, warehouse teams and external partners to resolve issues quickly and keep operations running smoothly.
You'll be the first point of contact for all inventory related queries and will lead by example, supporting a strong culture within the team.

What You'll Bring:
- Previous Experience as an Inventory Controller, Specialist or Coordinator within a Warehouse (3PL Environment an advantage).
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and stay clam under pressure
- Advanced WMS/ System capability and intermediate Excel
- SAP Experience Highly Regarded
- Forklift Licence (High Reach/ LO/ Counterbalance)
The Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday Day Shift Work
Typically 6.30am - 2.30pm (with variations to this)
