Executive Assistant & Facilities Coordinator - Part Time
Support Two Co-Managing Directors | Fast-Paced Role | Sydney
We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who loves variety, pace, and making things run smoothly. In this dynamic role, you'll provide high-level support to our Co-Managing Directors while managing office and facilities operations across NSW. This role is based at our brand-new office and warehouse facilities in Kemps Creek. Part Time 25 hours per week.

What You'll Do
Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel, and executive communications
Coordinate office operations, suppliers, compliance, and facility bookings
Prepare presentations and support events, conferences, and key projects
Handle expenses, cost management, and day-to-day administrative support
Build strong relationships across the business and with external partners
What You'll Bring
Proven EA experience supporting senior leaders
Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
Proactive problem solving, always one step ahead
Confidence working across facilities, operations, and suppliers
Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word) skills
A current Australian driver's licence.
