Role Overview:
We are seeking a Receiving Team Leader to work closely with our Warehouse Manager to manage the flow of goods from truck to shelf with 100% accuracy whilst also adhering to our individual clients KPI's. You will work closely with the Inventory Control team to ensure data integrity and accuracy at all times.
This hands-on and complex role involves:
- Managing the Goods Inward Process.
- Focusing on Inbound Processes.
- Quality Control and General Administration.

The Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday Day Shift Work, typically 7 am - 3pm (with variations to this)
About You:
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Current Forklift Lic with experience operating a High Reach within a Warehouse environment is preferred, if not then willingness to obtain with the support of TCC.
- Solid understanding of the goods inbound process, inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience working with a WMS and RF Scanner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
