Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Order and Transport Specialist to provide end to end Client Service and Transport coordination support for our client partner Grocery Corp. You will accurately manage client requests, job information and freight movements. You will work closely with our Operations, Logistics and IT teams as well as external carriers to ensure all orders, transport bookings and deliveries are executed accurately, on time, inline with agreed SLA's and KPI's. You will be focused on consistently delivering high-quality outcomes for world-class brands.
This hands-on and complex role involves: - Client Relationship and Service Excellence

- Efficient IT and Operations Team (Nationally) Communications.

The Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday (8.30am-4.30pm)
About You:
We're seeking a candidate who brings a strong combination of technical capability, attention to detail and customer focus.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong Client Service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Exceptional time management and ability to handle competing priorities under pressure.
- Proven problem-solving ability with initiative and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.
- Experience in transport coordination or logistics operations (preferred).
- High level of accountability and reliability.
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
