Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Inventory Controller to help ensure TCC maintains strong, compliant inventory management practices. In this role, you will be responsible for consistently delivering high-quality stock outcomes that meet both industry standards and our clients' contractual requirements. You will be based at our facility in Pemulwuy that offers onsite parking and moving to our new facility in the next 6-9 months in Kemps Creek (also with onsite parking).

The Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday Day Shift Work
Typically 7am - 3pm (with variations to this)
About You:
We're seeking a candidate who brings a strong combination of technical capability, attention to detail and customer focus.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- Excellent communication skills
- Works well under pressure
- Provides fast, accurate service updates
- Effective time management
- Advanced WMS and systems knowledge
- Strong planning skills with client focus
- Creative problem-solving for client needs
- Applies best practice to inventory issues
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Holds a current Forklift License (High Reach and Counterbalance)
