Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Team Leader to oversee outbound operations in close collaboration with our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our client partners, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring team performance—all while aligning with our company's core values.

This hands-on and complex role involves:
- Managing the Goods Outwards Process.

- Order Processing.

- Client Service and Focus.

- Quality Control and General Administration

- Team Management

- OH&S Focus

The Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday Day Shift Work
Typically 7am - 3pm (with variations to this)
 

About You:

• Proven track record of delivering profitability and productivity
• Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities
• Advance WMS and Systems Skills - EDI Orders, ASN, SSC Labels
• Ability to consistently deliver results in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Excellent Communication and people leadership skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities effectively
• Capable of providing quick and accurate customer service status updates
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• OH&S Knowledge
• Valid forklift license, with the ability to load goods for transport in compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation.
