About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate and driven Client Service Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in client satisfaction, sales, marketing, logistics and fulfilment You'll bring analytical thinking, commercial acumen and personal leadership to the table. 
  
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across multi-stakeholder client environments.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor margin trends and proactively address performance deviations.
- Project Delivery: Ensure client service needs are met on time, especially during seasonal peaks. 
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide your team to meet and exceed client KPI's.

What you'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Client Service Manager, Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
- Passion for client satisfaction, sales, marketing, logistics and fulfilment.
- Expectational attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actional insights
- Commercial acumen and storytelling skills using data
- High motivation and personal leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint
- Experience in 3PL and Point of Sale Marketing for Retail (highly desirable)
