Role Overview: 
We're seeking expressions of interest for Warehouse Team Leader positions. This hands-on and complex role involves (depending on the department):

• Ensuring customer orders are scheduled and appropriately managed.
• Managing the daily dispatch schedule with the order processing team.
• Collaborating with our Client Service team on any issues, errors, or delays.
• Working with the Operations Manager to understand workload and staffing requirements on a daily basis.

About You:

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse (ideally from a complex 3PL environment).
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage live conflicting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills - Advanced WMS and MS Office skills.
• OH&S knowledge and experience.
• LO/LF Forklift License required.
