Role Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to work closely with our Senior Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse based in Pemulwuy.

This hands-on and complex role involves:
- Leading and managing day-to-day warehouse activities with a focus on efficient and timely execution. 
- Focus on Outbound and inventory Functions, ensuring they are meeting or exceeding established performance and safety standards. 
- Regularly collaborating with internal teams (eg: Client Service) and external stakeholders (Eg: Providers and Clients).
- Involvement in financial management and reporting for both internal and external communications.

About You:

• Minimum 5 years' experience working in a complex warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge around WMS and inventory management best practices.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and regulations. 
• Excellent Communication (written and verbal) and team leadership skills
• Ability to excel in an environment that requires quick thinking and flexibility. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Forklift License (current) with experience (preferred but not essential).
