Role Overview:
We are seeking a Client Service Executive to work closely with the Client Service Manager to maintain and grow our relationship with Red Bull.
This fast-paced, hands-on role involves:
- Assist the Client Service manager in relevant tasks to delight our Client Partner Red Bull.
- Effectively communicate and document minutes, actions, SOPs, best practice approaches for excellent execution.
- Assist in the creation of client quotations, track costs and month end reconciliations for approval by the Client Service Manager.
-Regular collaboration with internal (eg: Warehouse Operations Teams) and external stakeholders (Eg: Red Bull Employees).
- Developing skills in account management, continuous improvement, and commercial acumen.
