We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic
Client Service Manager/ Account Manager to join our passionate and focused team based in Pemulwuy.
You will be able to successfully manage growth and maintain a partnership focus with our existing clients whilst also ensuring you are executing a high level of client satisfaction from end to end. You will work with a collaborative mindset across all internal and external teams, have strong commercial comprehension and be focused on delivery of strong sales and margin results.
We place a heavy emphasis on understanding our client's business and developing strategic relationships to provide solutions that effectively meet our partner needs.
The successful applicant will be a proactive individual who enjoys spending time with our clients and looking at innovative ways to add value to our client's business.
Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):
Relationship Management
- Working with clients to understand their business and category.
- Building strong rapport with your clients, stakeholders and team relationships.
Business Development
- Defining clear business objectives, sales plans and gross margin targets.
- Proactively identify areas of business development with existing clients.
Financial Management
- Create client quotations and update sales monthly projections and monitor team's performance.
- Maintaining and improving account profitability.
Project Management
- Passionately delivering on set KPI's.
- Conduct regular, proactive client huddles.
- Pro-actively sourcing new business opportunities to grow your accounts organically.
Team Management
- Ensure all team members live by our IMPACT values.
- Assist the team as required to ensure clients are always receiving the best results.

Skills and experience - A passion for delivering client satisfaction.
- Ideally at least 3+ years' experience managing accounts within 3PL and Point of Sale Marketing for Retail or similar industry.
- A high level of motivation and strong personal leadership skills
- A successful track record of working as a Client Service Manager/Customer Success Manager/Account Manager
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for sales, marketing, logistics and fulfilment are essential
- Brilliant attention to detail, passionate problem-solving skills and the ability to work to multiple deadlines
- High level of computer literacy (Excel & Powerpoint)
