We are looking for
internal expressions of interest for
Warehouse Team Leader roles based in Pemulwuy (onsite parking available). We are looking to partner and support existing team members into leadership roles in the future. You will approach this important role/ development opportunity with a focus on accuracy and accountability all whilst living and breathing our IMPACT values.
About the Role:You will effectively lead the Warehouse functions of our site (specific department pending) in line with the company's core values and deliver outstanding quality to our client partners. Some of the clients we are currently working with include Hilti, Liqui Moly, Red Bull, Beam Santory, LG, Dusk, Royal Canin, Viega, Trinny London and more.
Working Hours:- Full Time Role
- Monday to Friday
- Shift time typically 7am - 3pm

Roles and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Management the Goods Outward Process (for outbound roles):
- Ensure customer orders are scheduled and appropriately managed.
- Lead the outbound team to maintain a consistent work low and deliver against customer SLA's.
- Address performance gaps within the team and drive performance.
Order Processing (for outbound roles):
- Manages daily dispatch schedule with order Client Service.
- Manages daily processing of orders, EDI orders, ASN paperwork and SSCC labels.
- Prepare daily work plan for following days activities (if and when known), review staff requirements and organize staff for each shift.
Client Service (for outbound roles):
- Monitor the status of orders at all times.
- Liaison between logistics support and dispatch on any issues, errors or delays.
- Provide timely and accurate customer service status information.
Quality Control and General Administration (for outbound roles):
- Ensure all goods handed over to carriers are accurately accounted for.
- Ensure all products are appropriately packed for transport to safeguard against damage in transit.
- Ensure all direct reports work within PH&S standards and procedures.
Team Management (for outbound roles):
- Lead the Outbound Team by example, demonstrating our IMPACT values.
- Implement team/department culture and engagement initiatives.
- Cross train and multi skill team so that staff are utilized efficiently.
About You: - 1-2 years' Experience as a Warehouse Team Leader in Outbound preferred by not essential for internal applicants (advantage if in a 3PL environment)
- Strategic Thinking & Planning skills
- Advanced WMS and systems skills – EDI orders, ASN and SSC Labels
- Ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment
- Great communications & people leadership skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work to conflicting priorities
- Quick and accurate customer service status information
- Excellent time management skills
- OH&S knowledge
- Good computer skills
- Forklift license + ability to load goods to transport complying with COR legislation (Is a Bonus however not mandatory)
