Role Overview: Our leading operations team is expanding which means we are on the lookout for a proactive Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support in tenant services, stock management, compliance reporting, and meeting coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Address and resolve tenant and property queries related to pre-arrival modules.
- Monitor and manage email inboxes (Your Shop and Insurance) to ensure timely stock arrangement, distribution and claim submissions.
- Oversee ad hoc property stock orders and Your Shop inventory, while identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and stock distribution.
- Support properties in delivering pastoral care checks and provide monthly compliance reporting to the operations team.
- Monitor and liaise with property teams on unresolved incident actions to ensure prompt resolution.
- Accurately record and distribute meeting minutes while coordinating internal and external stakeholder meetings.
- Support the HSEQ Manager in updating relevant policies, procedures and reports.
About You: It is essential that you possess high-level interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build effective relationships across multiple groups. More about you:

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 – particularly Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
- A demonstrated passion for improving business processes.
- Strong communication, documentation and organisational skills.
