Essence Communities unique offering provides tailored Build to Rent (BTR) Management Solutions, for projects across Australia and New Zealand. As one of the few operators within the emerging BTR sector, our property management platform is shaped from a 27-year track record in property and asset management, being part of Australia’s leading operator of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation, UniLodge.
Our foundation of experience and expertise has propelled our operations to be leading the transformation of Australia’s rental sector. Over the past 3 years, we have been successfully managing BTR properties across Australia with several projects in the pipeline.
OUR OPPORTUNITY This role offers a diverse range of tasks including assisting with the front desk, leasing functions and ongoing property management of units, as well as maximising leasing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a friendly environment that delivers an exceptional customer service experience for our residents
- Assist in the execution of delivery community events in collaboration with the wider team
- Operate the day-to-day front desk reception with a focus on customer service
- Assist residents with enquiries related to their residency, general needs, and overall wellbeing
- Ensure that the residents rights to tenancy conditions and privacy are maintained
- Coordinate and execute administrative duties as assigned by senior management
- Assist with leasing and the ongoing property management of units
- Coordinate maintenance requests as required
- Ensure accurate accounting of all resident related accounts for occupancy fee and sundries
ABOUT YOU
- Hold at least 1 (one) year experience within the Property Management sector
- Hold a current full Real Estate License or Agents Representative
- Bilingual – Mandarin speaking (highly desirable)
- Available to work a Monday to Saturday roster
- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months), at your own cost.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
