Working within a large head office environment, this role will require you to provide a high level of customer service and administration support to internal and external stakeholders across the wider UniLodge Group. We’re after someone who can excel in all aspects of administration to keep our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer the main phone lines, screen phone calls and receive messages for Head office staff as required
Attend to day-to-day general office duties including general office tidying, set up and clearing of meeting rooms
Control the internal admin specific inbox accounts
Coordinate all incoming/outgoing mail
Facilitate complaints from residents
Making deliveries or arranging couriers as required
Organise flight & accommodation travel for the business through our airline portal
Organising catering, celebratory cards and office events
Scanning and filing monthly credit cards
Assisting the Office Manager with tasks as required
About You:
At least 2 years’ experience in a corporate office environment
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills
Proficient computer skills and ability to use the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams)
Customer focused and able to effectively communicate with our customers/clients to resolve issues
Self-motivated, with a positive mindset, who listens and works well within a team environment
Ability to organise and prioritise tasks, ensuring both team and personal deadlines
Unrestricted work rights in Australia
National Police Check (completed within last 3 months), at your own cost
