What role will you play
As the Administration Coordinator, you will be highly collaborative and passionate about administration and customer service. It’s fast paced and turbulent at times, but you will be adaptable, highly organised, and able to balance demands that often compete. You will be confident in your ability to implement processes and practices that create efficiencies in the operations, leveraging from your strong knowledge of administration. More specifically you will:
Providing high level administration and coordination of relevant reporting and other documentation.
Manage and track Key Performance Indicators for the Portfolio
Coordinate and produce documents, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Operating Service Plans (OSPs).
Coordinate End of Month Reporting including items as outlined in the OSPs and financial requirements.
Assist with WH&S/Building inspections and assist with documenting, storing, facilitating, and scheduling future inspections.
Provide ongoing support to the continuous improvement of operations and procedures.
Provide relief cover and support to the Managers and Reception staff as required.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the Property Management System
Assist with any localised marketing campaigns and University Open Days.
What we’re looking for
Experience in providing high level administrative support within the property or real estate industries is desired but not essential.
Strong customer service focus
Someone who is proactive and able to think on their feet
Resilience and ability to work under high pressure, and a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong networking skills and ability to build strong relationships across the portfolio
Confident computer skills including ability to use various systems and Microsoft Suite
Ability to think creatively and independently solve problems, and escalate where required
Someone who exercises a “we care” attitude.
Unrestricted work rights in Australia
National Police Check (completed within last 3 months), at your own cost
Working with Children’s Check (ACT)
