WHO YOU ARE You will be highly collaborative and passionate about administration and customer service. It’s fast paced and turbulent at times, but you will be adaptable, highly organised, and able to balance demands that often compete with each other. This role requires someone who is proactive and able to think on their feet. You will be confident in your ability to implement processes and practices that create efficiencies in the operations, leveraging from your strong knowledge of administration. You will have a natural ability to resolve problems and build brilliant relationships across the portfolio; utilising your excellent interpersonal skills and highly developed communication skills (both written and verbal). Experience in providing high level administrative support within the property or real estate industries is desired but not essential.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Your responsibilities as Administration Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
- Providing high level administration and coordination of relevant reporting and other documentation.
- Manage and track Key Performance Indicators for the Portfolio
- Coordinate and produce documents, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Operating Service Plans (OSPs).
- Coordinate End of Month Reporting including items as outlined in the OSPs and financial requirements.
- Assist with WH&S/Building inspections and assist with documenting, storing, facilitating, and scheduling future inspections.
- Provide ongoing support to the continuous improvement of operations and procedures.
- Provide relief cover and support to the Managers and Reception staff as required.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Property Management System
- Assist with any localised marketing campaigns and University Open Days.
Our mandatory requirements include:
- A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences
- Customer service and administration experience in the accommodation industry
- Experience in a University Environment (highly regarded)
- Experience with Star Rez Property Management System (highly regarded)
- Be culturally aware and understanding of different cultures
- Police Vetting Check (required)
