To support our fast-growing Essence Communities team, we are offering an exciting new opportunity for an exceptional Operations Coordinator to join our team based in Brisbane CBD on a permanent full-time basis.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the General Manager – Operations you will play a critical role in supporting operational efficiencies and managing essential administrative functions to assist and support the operational functions and teams across the Build to Rent (BTR) platform. The role will primarily assist the GM – Operations in all day-to-day operational requirements which may include day-to-day management, team support, resident engagement, SOP’s, and administrative support. Your role will also involve:
- Lead resident app roll outs and provide training to teams
- Manage platform wide tracker for all PMA & KPI requirements, including required reporting and dates due
- Support project mobilisations, including and not limited to coordination of meetings and minutes
- Assist in the creation of property documentations, including but not limited to Lease templates, House Rules, Apartment Guides, and Storage & Car Pak Licence, ensuring compliance where required with legislation
- Support to deliver strategic programs with regards to resident engagement and ancillary partnerships
- Assist with any requirements for new starters include system set ups, IT equipment and required licenses and accounts
- Assist to comply with Workplace Health and Safety regulations
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE - Previous experience in an administrative or property-based role
- Solid capability in interpreting policies, procedures, and detailed reports.
- Responsive with a high level of customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for clear and professional interactions
- Excellent relationship-building skills to engage effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, with an inquisitive mindset
- Ability to pivot priorities with changing business needs
- Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to analyse data, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Team-oriented and committed to contributing to a collaborative workplace culture
- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months), at your own cost
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
- Working with Vulnerable People Check
- Salespersons Certificate to conduct Real Estate business in a relevant State or Territory desirable
