We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join UniLodge @ Ultimo, Sydney, NSW. You will manage an operations, conducting leasing, student engagement programs, accounts administration and property management. You will also be required to be on-call for phone assistance to support our Residential Advisor team should they need additional support.
About the Role
Roster: Monday to Friday (9am to 5:30pm)
Additional hours may be required during peak intake and end of university trimesters
Ongoing property management of the apartments - inspections and maintenance requests
Recruit, manage and develop a team of high performing staff
Manage, develop, and implement student activity program and events
Manage standards of behaviour within our community
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Market the property in a proactive manner
Assist with managing the property’s financial performance
Accounting - end of month, invoicing, daily banking reconciliation, arrears management bond audits, processing payments, refunds and reconciling transactions
