About your new role
We are on the lookout for a full time Customer Service Coordinator - Reservations to join the team at UniLodge Park Central.
Along with general customer service and assisting with leasing and property management, this position has a reservations focus and will work to manage waiting lists to assist with filling vacancies of our newly opened properties. Day to day duties
Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and prospective residents.
Checking in and out of our residents at the beginning and end of their tenancy.
Create and maintain waiting lists to assist with filling vacancies.
Assist the team to achieve and maintain the budgeted occupancy figures.
Assist with leasing and the ongoing property management of units.
Conduct pre and post occupancy inspections and also periodic room inspections.
Provide general administration support such as telephone answering, incoming and outgoing mail and filing etc.
Assist residents with enquiries related to their residency, studies, general needs and overall well-being.
What you’ll need to succeed
Current QLD Certificate of Registration
A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences
Be culturally aware and understanding of different cultures
Ability to provide evidence of a National Police Check and Working with Children's check.
