About the Role
  
We are seeking a passionate and motivated leader to join our team at UniLodge Edith Cowan University Village. In this pivotal role, you'll lead front-line operations, enhance the resident experience, drive occupancy outcomes, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a vibrant student community.
 Some of the responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Champion a warm, professional front desk experience, resolving issues efficiently, exceeding expectations, and setting the standard for resident service.
• Own the leasing journey from enquiry through to move-in, converting leads, maintaining high occupancy, and supporting business growth.
• Recruit, train, and mentor our Customer Service Coordinator and Residential Advisor teams, fostering collaboration, engagement, and high performance.
• Deliver meaningful resident experiences through events, support initiatives, and the Residential Life Program, helping create a true home away from home.
• Maintain high standards across safety, compliance, and reporting while supporting continuous improvement in line with UniLodge's values and procedures.

About You
  
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proficient with technology and confident in administrative systems.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within hospitality or a UniLodge setting.
• Experience in hotels or accommodation, with a focus on delivering standout guest or resident experiences
• Working with Children Check and National Police Check
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia
