As we continue to grow our national portfolio, we are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Leasing Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
  
The Opportunity

Based at Assemble, Brunswick, you will play a key role in supporting the successful lease-up and ongoing occupancy of our Build-to-Rent community.
Working closely with the Leasing Manager and Leasing Agents, you will assist prospective residents throughout their leasing journey, from enquiry through to move-in, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Support the Leasing Manager and Leasing Agents in delivering leasing strategies and occupancy targets.
• Manage enquiries and proactively follow up leads via phone, email and CRM platforms.
• Guide prospective residents through the application process and eligibility requirements.
• Conduct apartment inspections, viewings and community tours.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within the CRM system.
• Assist with lease preparation, administration and resident onboarding.
• Support lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Ensure property listings, pricing and advertising content remain current and accurate.
• Assist in the delivery of affordable housing and Reduced Rent programs.
• Collaborate with operational and property teams to ensure apartments and display areas are presentation ready.
• Prepare leasing reports and contribute to occupancy and conversion performance tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service while promoting the benefits of Build-to-Rent living.

About You
  
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Previous experience in leasing, property management, real estate administration or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A customer-centric approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence using CRM systems and digital platforms.
• A proactive and collaborative work style.
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Agent's Representative Certificate (Victoria).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check.
