WHO YOU ARE

Our Resident Experience Team Member are the welcoming face and helping hand of our Essence Communities team. You will play a key role in assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of the asset, ensuring an exceptional residential experience.
   
You will be naturally helpful, warm and welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile to assist your team, our residents, visitors and clients with enquiries related to their residency, general needs, lifestyle and local area. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role within real estate, student accommodation or the hotel industry. You will be prepared to draw on your experience to problem solve issues to help improve resident experience in the moment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  
Your responsibilities as a  Residential Concierge will include, but not be limited to:

• Create a friendly environment that delivers an exceptional customer service experience for our residents.
• Assist all prospective residents, in-house residents, and guests in the most efficient and professional manner, exceeding expectations and delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Assist with the day-to-day property management of apartments.
• Manage incoming phone and email enquiries.
• Complete the check in and out process for our residents at the beginning and end of their tenancy.
• Conduct ingoing, routine and exit inspections and condition reports.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management.
• Collection and reconciliation of rent and ancillary revenue payments
• Ensure apartment turnaround times are in conjunction with targeted KPI’s, ensuring routine inspections and repairs are carried out prior to move out.
• Coordinate and deliver community events for residents.

Skills & Experience Required

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Cert IV in Real Estate Practice (ACT)
• Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail
• Confident in problem-solving and making sound decisions
• Foundational experience in leasing or property support
