About the Role
Take charge of front desk operations as a Customer Service Coordinator and be the first point of contact for our vibrant student community. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, support residents through move-ins and maintenance and contribute to community initiatives to facilitate seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage daily front desk operations, providing exceptional service to residents, tenants, and guests.
- Handle resident enquiries related to tenancy, wellbeing, and general needs, resolving or escalating issues as required.
- Oversee resident check-ins/check-outs and support leasing, inspections, and property management tasks.
- Liaise with maintenance, cleaning, contractors, and security to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform administrative tasks, including mail management, end-of-shift processing, and maintaining a professional reception area.
Skills & Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Unrestricted Work Rights in Australia.
- Working with Children’s Check.
- Previous experience in front office, reception, or hospitality environments (desirable).
