About the Role - Property Manager: 

As Property Manager at Assemble Sydney, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional resident experience while ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of our premium Build-to-Rent community.

Working closely with the Senior Property Manager, you'll oversee leasing, property operations and resident services, building strong relationships and creating a place where people genuinely feel at home.

In this role, you'll:

• Deliver an outstanding resident experience from move-in through to lease renewal.
• Manage day-to-day property operations, ensuring the building is presented to the highest standard.
• Build strong relationships with residents, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and contractor works, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support leasing activity, occupancy and resident retention initiatives.
• Manage tenancy administration, inspections, lease renewals and arrears in line with Victorian legislation.
• Monitor property performance and contribute to operational improvements.
• Help foster a connected community through resident engagement initiatives and events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and relevant legislation.

About You: 

You're a customer-focused property professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and creating exceptional resident experiences. Organised, proactive and adaptable, you take pride in delivering outstanding service while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. To this role, you will also bring: 

• Experience in residential property management, Build-to-Rent, leasing or a similar customer-focused property role.
• Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation and property management practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a resident-first approach.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence using property management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.
• A current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (VIC).
• Unrestricted Australian working rights and the ability to obtain or hold a valid National Police Check.
