About the Role:
As our Assistant Property Manager, you'll provide administrative and operational support across leasing, property management and resident services. You'll be a key point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally while supporting the team to deliver an exceptional living experience.
This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity concluding in August 2027.
In this role, you will:
- Support the leasing journey from enquiry through to move-in.
- Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective and current residents via phone, email and online platforms.
- Process rental applications and maintain accurate leasing documentation.
- Maintain resident, prospect and leasing records within property management systems.
- Prepare lease documentation and assist with lease renewals.
- Assist residents with general enquiries and digital platform support.
- Receive, triage and escalate maintenance requests as required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance enquiries and follow-up actions.
- Support arrears administration and general property management activities.
- Collaborate with the onsite team to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
- Contribute to achieving leasing and occupancy targets through outstanding customer service.
Skills & Experience Required:
You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You're organised, adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You'll also bring:
- Previous experience in property management, residential leasing, Build to Rent, real estate or customer service.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Completed Cert IV in Real Estate in Practice (VIC)
- Confidence using property management systems, CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Unrestricted working rights in AU & Valid National Police Check
