About this Role: 

As a Leasing Agent at INDI Southbank, you'll play a key role in showcasing our premium apartments, guiding prospective residents through the leasing journey, and helping us achieve occupancy targets.

Reporting to the Leasing Manager, you'll combine your sales expertise, customer service skills, and passion for property to deliver a seamless and memorable leasing experience.

In this role, you will:

• Manage leasing enquiries and maintain accurate records within the CRM.
• Conduct property inspections and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Negotiate lease agreements and support applicants through to move-in.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and existing residents.
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with relevant legislation and company policies.
• Achieve occupancy and rental targets by promoting the benefits of the BTR lifestyle.

This opportunity is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, concluding in August 2027.
  
Skills & Experience

• Unrestricting working rights in Australia
• Current Agent’s Representative Certification + 1 year post qualification experience
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet KPIs
