Take the lead in wellbeing initiatives, mentor a team of Residential Advisors, and bring our community to life through meaningful programs and events at the UniLodge @ UC - Campus West.

At a glance, you will:
- Leading the Residential Life and Wellbeing Program, delivering a strategic and engaging calendar that supports academic success, wellbeing, and community belonging.
- Recruiting, developing, and leading the Residential Advisor team, ensuring strong performance, capability, and a positive service culture.
- Overseeing resident wellbeing and support services, including incident response, early intervention, and referral to appropriate university and community resources.
- Building and maintaining strategic stakeholder partnerships, collaborating with university departments and support services to enhance resident outcomes.
- Championing a safe, inclusive, and vibrant residential environment, including oversight of Under 18 residents and leadership in emergency response and community engagement.
About You: You’re a people-focused leader who thrives in a vibrant, community-oriented environment. You bring empathy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting student wellbeing.
You’ll also have:
- Experience leading, inspiring, and developing teams – you know how to bring out the best in others
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of wellbeing, empathy, and mental health literacy
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to stay on top of competing priorities during peak periods like O-Week, exams, and student intakes
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
- A valid National Police Check + WWVP card.
