Lead a Thriving Student Community
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused Property Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our Penrith and Campbelltown student accommodation locations. If you’re passionate about creating a great resident experience and ready to take the next step in your career, this could be your perfect fit.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee property operations, resident satisfaction, and administration
Drive occupancy and optimise budgets with a sharp eye on performance
Build strong relationships with university partners and stakeholders
Lead and mentor a high-performing team across two vibrant sites
Ensure compliance with all safety and legislative requirements
Deliver an outstanding resident experience through engaging programs and service excellence
About You
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
2+ years’ experience in property management or student accommodation
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A solutions-focused mindset and desire to grow professionally
Ability to travel between Kingswood and Campbelltown sites
