Lead a Thriving Student Community 

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused Property Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our Penrith and Campbelltown student accommodation locations. If you’re passionate about creating a great resident experience and ready to take the next step in your career, this could be your perfect fit.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee property operations, resident satisfaction, and administration
• Drive occupancy and optimise budgets with a sharp eye on performance
• Build strong relationships with university partners and stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team across two vibrant sites
• Ensure compliance with all safety and legislative requirements
• Deliver an outstanding resident experience through engaging programs and service excellence

About You

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• 2+ years’ experience in property management or student accommodation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A solutions-focused mindset and desire to grow professionally
• Ability to travel between Kingswood and Campbelltown sites
