We’re on the lookout for energetic, service-driven concierge staff to join our growing Melbourne BTR portfolio. With exciting new properties opening soon, this is your chance to play a key role in shaping a welcoming, resident-first culture at Essence Communities. 

Resident Services - what you will do: 

As a Resident Services Team Member, you will be the face of our community, providing exceptional service to both residents and visitors. Your role involve coordinating events, managing the front desk, and supporting leasing and property tasks. Reporting to the Resident Experience Manager: you will:

• Be the first friendly face residents and visitors meet, delivering a warm and professional welcome every time.
• Run the front desk smoothly - answer calls, handle enquiries, and keep communication flowing between residents and the team.
• Support leasing activities like check-ins, inspections, and apartment viewings, helping residents feel at home.
• Showcase Essence Communities by representing our values, BTR expertise, and high service standards.
• Keep things organised by maintaining accurate records in our Property Management System with care and attention to detail.

Our Ideal Candidate: 

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Unlimited working rights in Australia
• Valid National Police Check (or be willing to obtain). 
• Current + Valid Cert IV in Real Estate Practice/Agent's Representative Certificate
• Minimum 1 year experience in a residential concierge, resident experience, or similar customer-focused role.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make decisions confidently.
• Entry-level leasing experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!
