Ready to take your leasing experience to the next level in a vibrant, premium Build-to-Rent community? We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Leasing Agent to join us until December 2026 who thrives on connection, conversion, and creating memorable resident experiences.
At a glance, you will:
Execute the leasing strategy to achieve occupancy, ramp-up, and revenue goals.
Conduct engaging property inspections and group tours, converting enquiries into applications.
Build relationships with prospects, manage enquiries via CRM, and guide applicants through to lease execution.
Maintain high-quality listings, prepare and negotiate leases, and ensure full compliance with VIC legislation.
Support renewals and onboarding while tracking market trends and delivering regular performance reporting.
About You:
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
National Police Check (or be willing to obtain).
Junior leasing or real estate experience with a valid Cert IV in Real Estate Practice/Agent's Rep
Strong communication skills and a natural sales mindset
Confidence presenting properties and building rapport quickly
Great organisation and CRM confidence
