About the Role:
UniLodge Living Group is looking for a proactive Business Analyst to become the go-to expert for our core Property Management System (PMS). This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll help streamline operations, support teams, and improve how our business works across Australia and New Zealand.
Working closely with senior leaders in Finance and Commercial, you’ll own and optimise our PMS, support day-to-day operations, and help shape smarter, more scalable processes as our portfolio continues to grow.
Here's what you will do:
Own and optimise UniLodge’s core PMS, ensuring reliability, security, and continuous improvement
Provide BAU support, training, documentation, and onboarding to help teams work smarter
Identify and implement system and workflow improvements that drive efficiency and growth
Partner with senior stakeholders and provide on-site support when needed across ANZ
About You:
You are analytical, organised, and enjoy being the person people rely on for answers and solutions. You like improving systems, simplifying complexity, and helping others succeed. Ideally, you will bring:
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Valid National Police Check (or be willing to obtain).
Experience in systems, operations, finance, or business analysis
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Technology, or Project Management (desirable).
Exposure to property or enterprise systems (StarRez a plus, not essential)
