Our Role
As Residential Concierge, you will be a warm and welcoming presence that shapes an exceptional experience for residents and visitors alike. By coordinating events, fostering strong resident engagement and best in class services, you will help cultivate a strong sense of community at INDI Footscray. Key responsibilities include:
Provide warm, professional service to residents and guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Support leasing and property tasks, including check-ins, inspections, and apartment viewings.
Take initiative in resolving residBe the welcoming first point of contact for residents while coordinating front desk operations and supporting leasing in a community-focused team.ent concerns, ensuring timely and thorough follow-through.
Maintain strong working relationships with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to ensure seamless operations.
Uphold residents’ rights, privacy, and safety while actively contributing to emergency response procedures.
Skills & Experience Required
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Valid Agent’s Representative Certificate registered with Consumer Affairs VIC
Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
Confident problem solving and decision making ability
Entry level leasing experience
