Our Role

As Residential Concierge, you will be a warm and welcoming presence that shapes an exceptional experience for residents and visitors alike. By coordinating events, fostering strong resident engagement and best in class services, you will help cultivate a strong sense of community at INDI Footscray. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide warm, professional service to residents and guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support leasing and property tasks, including check-ins, inspections, and apartment viewings.
• Take initiative in resolving residBe the welcoming first point of contact for residents while coordinating front desk operations and supporting leasing in a community-focused team.ent concerns, ensuring timely and thorough follow-through.
• Maintain strong working relationships with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Uphold residents’ rights, privacy, and safety while actively contributing to emergency response procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Valid Agent’s Representative Certificate registered with Consumer Affairs VIC
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
• Confident problem solving and decision making ability
• Entry level leasing experience
